Steps:

Select
the objects. -
Pick
the Start of a spine line that represents the original orientation of the object.

Pick the end of the spine line.

Pick a point to bend through.

Enter an angle to set the bend amount.

Bends only one end of the object.

Start the bend spine in the middle of the object to bend symmetrically around the center.
